Looking to blast fat and get in shape? Then you need to try circuit training burpees! This type of exercise is a great way to burn fat and get in shape fast.
One of the best exercises for burning fat is that you can do at home, at a park, or anywhere.
So build perfect burpees in a 5-step circuit workout steps, which basically breaks down burpees into 5 individual exercises, and like Daniel-san you will do them not knowing that in the end, the burpee will come out more comfortable than the stork kick.
How many laps you do on this particular circuit is up to you. The breaks we list are indicative, It would be a shame, however, to allow more than 7 minutes for each circle.
You start with a good warm-up of stretches-lifts, a bit old-school, but what you need to get the heart pumping and the body warmed up so it can perform the rest of the exercises better.
Now, on youtube, you may have seen a slight variation of the classic burpee that includes an extra step with a pushup during the kick phase. This extra step is completely optional and not needed in this program as we include a push-up exercise. You will do the simple, traditional, orthodox burpees that are more than enough.
Of course, if you’re a little more advanced and/or want a little more intense… action or just want to strike a pose, we’re not going to stop you. However, in this case, it would be good to remove the step with the push-ups.
